Shipping Policy

Standard shipping is completely free within the United States. Expedited delivery is available for an additional $2.50 at checkout. Sadly, we are not accepting international orders at this time.

All orders are customized by hand and take 3-5 business days to be processed, created, packaged, and shipped. We ship economically using USPS or UPS—whichever one is faster based on your location. Standard shipping times apply, and arrival times may vary. All orders are insured up to $100.

At Sew Perfect Design Co., we are not responsible for:

  • Package delays with UPS or USPS.
  • Lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Once shipped, the courier becomes responsible. Please see our FAQ page for more information on what to do if your item is damaged in transit.
  • Packages marked as delivered. You will need to contact the shipping company for information regarding your package.

If there is an issue with tracking your package or delivery, please contact the carrier first. Tracking information will be sent to your email once the item has been shipped. Please allow 1-4 business days for your tracking information to show. In select cases, tracking updates may be delayed but you may still receive your order. If the estimated delivery time has passed and there is still no sign of your package and USPS or UPS have already been contacted, please reach out to our team!

All orders come with tracking and delivery confirmation. Please contact your shipping carrier directly if your tracking information states the item has been delivered to your address but you have not received it. We are not responsible for stolen or lost packages.

Important Carrier Contact Numbers

Sew Perfect Design Co. is not responsible for late packages and cannot be held accountable for guaranteed arrival dates set by USPS or UPS. If the item is not delivered on time, please contact USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS) or UPS (1-800-742-5877). Expedited shipping charges will not be refunded in these situations.

Wrong Address Policy

It is your responsibility to provide the correct address at checkout. We are not liable for packages that are shipped back due to an undeliverable or incorrect address. If you catch this error before your order ships, please contact us immediately to let us know. We’re all human and we all make mistakes, so we’ll do our best to accommodate your request as long as we still have your order.
